Deep Cleaning Services

Kitchen

• Clean front of cabinet faces
• Clean microwave oven and toaster oven, inside and out
• Clean top and sides of the range, clean exterior hood vent (we will do our best to properly clean the inside of the stove)
• Thoroughly clean sink
• Spot-clean kick plate underneath the cupboards
• Clean exterior of refrigerator
• Spot-clean switch plates, walls, and door jambs
• Scrub down wainscoting
• Sweep, spot-clean by hand, and mop floor
• Clean window sills
• Spot-clean windows
• Remove cobwebs
• Clean baseboards
• Note that dishes left in the sink are not part of our normal cleaning routine. If we have time, we will rinse and place them in the dishwasher. We recommend having your sink empty and ready for cleaning when we arrive.

Bathrooms

• Fully scrub down shower and tub inserts, shine chrome
• Fully clean sink and shine fixtures, including a full wipe-down of vanity or pedestal
• Fully clean toilet, including bowl front, lower toilet pedestal, and bolts
• Spot-clean ceiling, walls, and door jamb.
• Spot-clean switch and plug plates
• Remove cobwebs
• Vacuum floors, damp-mop exposed hard surface flooring
• Dust baseboards

Common Areas (Living, Family, Media, Dining Rooms, Hallways & Foyers)

• Fully dust shelves and table tops. Method Natural Wood polish will be used on wood surfaces unless otherwise instructed by customer.
• Dust and/or vacuum couches and chairs; arrange blankets and pillows when appropriate. Furniture will be cleaned to the best of our ability. We will move the couches, per your request.
• Clean and dust baseboards and window sills
• Spot-clean windows. Full cleaning of the interior windows requires 48 hours notice and we add 20 extra minutes to the service.
• Vacuum and mop all floors as appropriate
• Clean glass doors and cabinet doors with glass cleaner. We use Green Works glass cleaner. If you have museum-quality glass pieces that require cleaning, please leave your approved glass cleaner out for our use.
• Remove cobwebs

Bedrooms and Offices

• Dust all cleared surfaces, including shelves, dressers, nightstands, headboards, and desktops. If your desktop is not cleared we will not dust it without permission. We will not tidy desk tops without permission. We will dust your monitor and office appliances.
• Dust and/or vacuum chairs and other upholstered furniture
• Make beds if sheets are left out. Please let us know in advance where we should put the dirty sheets.
• Spot-clean walls and switch plates
• Remove cobwebs
• Vacuum and mop floors if appropriate

Stairwells
