Recurring Cleaning Services

During recurring cleaning visits, the following services are included:
Common Areas (Living, Family, Media, Dining Rooms, Hallways & Foyers)
- Dust all areas
- Vacuum/dust & damp-mop hardwood or tile floors
- Dust baseboards
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Clean glass on entrance doors
- Remove cobwebs
- Fluff pillows, fold throw blankets
- Vacuum upholstered furniture
- Empty wastebaskets
Kitchens
- Clean range tops, under stove top, drip pans, burner grater, and control knobs
- Clean and sanitize kitchen sinks and faucets
- Polish chrome
- Clean microwave oven and toaster oven, inside and outside
- Clean exterior of kitchen cabinetry
- Clean kitchen table, countertops, and backsplashes
- Clean outside surfaces of appliances
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Wipe eating areas (e.g., breakfast bar, islands, table)
- Shine stainless sinks and appliances
- Shake, vacuum, fold, replace mats
- Empty and clean wastebaskets, remove trash and replace trash bags
- Note that dishes left in the sink are not part of our normal cleaning routine. If we have time, we will rinse and place them in the dishwasher. We recommend having your sink empty and ready for cleaning when we arrive.
Bedrooms
- Make beds, change linens, fluff pillows, and fold throw blankets
- General pick-up and straighten up
- Dust furniture and decorative items
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Vacuum upholstered furniture
- Vacuum floors, damp-mop exposed hard surface flooring
- Clean underneath area rugs
- Empty wastebaskets
Bathrooms
- Comprehensive dusting including vanity, cabinet faces, doorways, baseboards, and shelving
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks
- Polish chrome
- Mats shaken, vacuumed, folded, or replaced
- Vacuum floors, damp-mop exposed hard surface flooring
- Empty wastebaskets
Home Office
- We will only clean clearly visible portions of home office furniture, floors and equipment
- Rest assured that no papers, supplies or equipment will ever be moved to another location or thrown away
- Comprehensive feather dusting including desks, shelves, chairs, meeting tables, small furniture, small equipment (e.g., copiers, fax machines, TVs, computer screens, audio/visual equipment). If you leave out your own audio/visual cloth, we will use it.
- Vacuum floors, damp-mop exposed hard surface flooring
- Empty wastebaskets
